The role of the Enrollment Specialist is to support our healthcare partners in educating and enrolling patients in CCM services through friendly, and professional service in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Enrollment specialists are responsible for sales as well as being patient advocates. The Enrollment Specialist is accountable for selling CCM services via outbound calls for assigned healthcare practices.

Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write and speak spanish fluently
- Empathy-driven relationship building skills
- Problem solver with a high level of curiosity
- Call center or healthcare experience
- 1-3 years of sales or related experience
- 1-3 years of customer service related experience
- Able to deal with moderate pressure
- Able to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service goals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to read, write and speak spanish fluently
- Learn, Understand, and articulate the value of Comprehensive (Chronic) Care Management
- The ideal candidate must be perceived to be caring, courteous, professional, competent, and able to communicate effectively and with an empathetic tone
- Represent the medical care facilities in a responsible and engaging way
- Demonstrate excellent customer service with both our internal and external customers
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Complete a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day which equates to 10-12 quality calls per hour
- Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets
- Private home-office space that will allow you to work without interruptions or distractions and with no private company or patient information visible to others inside the home
