Job Purpose and Impact
The Trade Execution Analyst will ensure the coordination of processes and routine tasks of low to moderate complexity. You will ensure compliance with domestic and foreign government regulations related to the international movement of goods. In this position, you will focus on executing the controls established by the appropriate functional areas. We are looking for a professional who participates in the issuance of import/export process licenses and in carrying out transactions associated with the import/export in a timely manner. Key Accountabilities

Coordinate the issuance of commercial import/export documentation for maritime transport (for example, voyage of ships, containers, ships with bulk and containerized goods).
Prepare periodic reports related to trade compliance and assist with internal and external reporting and analysis.
Resolve problems, answer questions, and submit documents to routine internal and external contacts related to loading, unloading, insurance claims, contract requirements, rejected products, product location and timing, and other questions/concerns.
Maintain and foster established relationships with small accounts, customers, clients, suppliers, and other business partners (eg, monitoring companies, insurance companies, laboratories, agents, warehouses/trucking companies, buyers, and sellers).
Performs standard analysis on risk exposure and process improvement, and can recommend next steps to senior team members.
Handle basic issues and issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel.
Other assigned duties Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in international Trade or a related field
Advanced English
Over 3 years of experience Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the management and planning of the import/export process, customs documentation, shipment and reception of foreign merchandise in a company with a global matrix.
Knowledge in office package, Excel, power BI
Experience analyzing legal contracts
Deep knowledge of Incoterms.
