Main Responsibilities
● Experience creating cash flow models to analyze new opportunities.
● Experience in developing models with a waterfall return structure
● Create Investment Memo on Powerpoint for equity/debt
● Experience in developing and updating Fund Models
● Analyzing the existing performance of stores to help them with the above as well as
looking in depth at our pricing system.
● Analyzing local catchment data will also be key in how they appraise new
opportunities.
● Conduct financial analyses of commercial real estate transactions
● Evaluate and interpret financial data to assess the profitability and risk of real estate
investments
● Identify and analyze trends in the real estate market
● Create financial modeling and projections for real estate investment opportunities
● Develop financial models, presentations, and reports to clients
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization
● Evaluate investment proposals and provide recommendations to clients
Qualifications
● Proven experience as in finance and real estate
● Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
● Experience managing large data sets and creating financial reports
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php55,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
