The Sales Development Specialist, Digital will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline for Tesla in the EMEA by focusing on digital channels. The role will require you to work closely with the Sales Development manager, the in-market counterparts, and colleagues from the EMEA Sales Operation organization to identify and develop our database, moving new leads through the sales journey quickly and effectively. You will be responsible for identifying, building operating frameworks and executing on EMEA wide digital initiatives to reach new customers; as well as for measuring the success of the campaigns to ensure ROI optimisation.
- Collaborate with EMEA Sales Operations team on developing the digital campaign strategy to meet EMEA sales goals
- Developing and implementing the Sales Development digital strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with overall business objectives to unlock new sales opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally, including sales, product, and communications, to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
- Support with EMEA Digital campaign implementation, including planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis
- Create guidelines and guardrails for the markets to operate within sales development campaigns
- Coordinate the implementation of EMEA wide approaches to sales development campaigns, ie: partnerships, lead generation campaigns, etc
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partnership and lead gen campaigns
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns, including planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas effectively
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
