Position will be based in Chennai or Nagercoil. Desired candidate from the construction industry preferred.
Key responsibilities
● Creating Client invoice, payment vouchers to all recurring payments and managing the receipts and payments including cash, cheques, online payments
● Verifying all kinds of purchase and work bills with respect to PO, work order, payment proofs etc, and maintaining as required as hard copy and soft copy.
● Preparing and submitting the summary for GST bills, TDS, TCS, ESI, PF and all other accounting and statutory compliances by coordinating with the Audit Firm.
● Periodic reconciliation of all kinds of Ledgers, Bank statements as required.
● Preparation or managing any documents with respect to banking or other accounting activities as required.
● Complying with standard accounting policies and regulations and strengthening our internal processes and systems.
● Preparing and Managing all receivables and payables and cash flow.
● Follow Up all the payments by effective communication with the Sales team.
● Ability to handle Cash and Cheques and ready to travel to local banks, Audit Firm.
● Monitor ADMIN Department budget.
● Managing assets using HRONE and ensuring it will be in control.
● Responsible for SIM management , Issuing, Tracking Payment.
● Responsible for Managing and Maintaining Office assets, Allocating Systems to New joiners, Software installations.
● Responsible for Vehicle Management, Maintaining Log and supporting management in Maintaining Office Vehicle.
● Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
● Managing any Ad-hoc Administration requirements in the Organisation.
