Launch of our new company Innomotics
We are on the exciting journey of forming a new leading motors and large drives company –Innomotics. Under this name, Siemens is combining its business activities in the areas of low- to high-voltage motors, geared motors, medium-voltage converters and motor spindles. Headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany, our company will employ ~ 14,000 employees worldwide and operate in almost 50 countries. Your future responsibilities
- Identify and analyze compliance risks and ensure adherence with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards for topics incl. but not limited to anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud and antitrust exposure
- Measure and monitor implementation and effectiveness of the Innomotics compliance system for our entities in Southern Europe and ensure continuous improvement and high professional standards of quality and transparency of processes
- Evaluate adherence to policies / guidelines and ensure definition, implementation and tracking of counter measures
- Advise business incl. management proactively on all compliance topics/regulations and integrate them into day-to-day operations, strategic business decision making and personnel processes
- Facilitate business success by actively developing practical solutions together with business and other corporate departments as a team.
- Secure understanding of compliance, integrity and ethics by continuous training and knowledge transfer to business
- Participate in business communication activities to promote Innomotics compliance system and integrity.
- Support with the implementation and continuous development of the global Innomotics compliance system in related strategic initiatives for the development of compliance related policies and processes
Your profile
- Highest integrity and ethical values.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering. Master’s degree is a plus
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in compliance, audit, operational review or related operative business function in a multinational company, with at least 1-2 years of international exposure
- In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strategical thinking
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and enable the business to assume responsibility for compliant business conduct
- Ability to act as an advisor by demonstrating expertise and understanding of internal customers’ needs as well as complexity of the business and its environment, e.g., products and relevant partners / competitors / customers
- Confidence and efficiency in advising senior management members
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. German, Spanish, Italian or Turkish is a plus

What we offer you?
We offer an attractive compensation package that matches your qualifications and professional experience. According to the collective agreement, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 60,217.72 (on a full-time basis). Depending on qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible. Innomotics also offers other social benefits such as an attractive share program, employee benefits and opportunities for personal and professional development.
