Your main duties in flying with us

    • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Understand clients' business objectives and develop account strategies to achieve them.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and drive revenue generation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product team and operations, to deliver exceptional customer service and meet client needs.
    • Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay informed and adapt account strategies accordingly.
    • Prepare and present reports on account performance, including sales results, revenue forecasts, and customer feedback.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare

    • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience
    • Minimal 6 years of experience in sales, highly preferred within TTD Products (Attraction, Playground, Beauty and Wellness, Tour)
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both orally and in writing.
    • Experienced in managing team and thrives as a team player demonstrates a strong work ethic
    • Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
    • Success in acquiring, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
    • Knack for thinking strategically and and anticipating future consequences and trends with data analytics.
