IDLO is seeking a talented intern to join the HR Operations team in Rome. The internship is a great learning opportunity for young professionals looking to gain new knowledge in the HR field specifically in talent acquisition and recruitment. Other areas of involvement will be gaining exposure to a diverse set of projects related to main HR functions and activities.

Under the direct supervision of the Head, HR Operations, the main duties of the HR intern are:
- Support the talent acquisition process by posting vacancies, following up with candidate applications, and scheduling interviews when required.
- As part of the candidate application management process, maintain and update the current ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and answer any external enquiries relevant to job opportunities.
- Provide support with IDLO’s internship programme by managing the internship opportunities and liaising with internal departments on the hiring process. This includes preparing internship agreements and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for the new intern.
- Ensure the HR shared folder is maintained and updated with the required documents.
- Assist the HR team in developing the current career website. This includes gathering visual and written content and liaising with key internal stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in drafting talent acquisition data reports.
- Follow up with hiring managers on consultancy roles and update status on the ATS system.
- Support with the various HR Projects and initiatives by sharing and presenting ideas to the team as well as contribute through research and written content.
- Assist in various HR-related tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Have completed or be enrolled in a post-graduate (required) course of study at a university or equivalent higher education institution.
- Relevant work experience in Human Resources is desirable.
Languages
:
- Fluent oral and professional writing skills in English a must.

Terms & Conditions:
IDLO provides all full-time interns with a monthly stipend of €600. Internships are offered for 3 months and are renewable up to a maximum of 6 months. Full-time placements (5 days a week) are strongly preferred. Applicants available for less than 5 days a week will not be considered.
