SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:
FAW
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop customer strategy and account plan.
- Penetrating strategic products through commercial window.
- Achieve OP sales revenue target.
- Customer overall satisfaction by driving QCDTS performance fulfillment through collaboration with team members.
- Manage running projects and order.
- Drive new project acquisition and own RFQ & RFI process.
- Offer quotation and negotiate the sales contract/agreement.
- Develop rolling sales forecast and support in inventory control.
- Control OEM customers A/R.
- Market and competition information collection.
- Coordinates internal communication as interfaces for OE.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years experiences on account management in manufacturing industry, automotive or e-mobility products are preferred.
- Engine manufacture or OEM working background are preferred.
PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Be able to work independently and with good teamwork spirits.
- Be able to work in fast-paced environment with positive and aggressive attitude.
- Good communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Good English language skills
- Achieve OP sales and SPV.
- Acquire new projects and especially for strategic projects and platforms.
