4. JOB DEFINITION
An Executive Assistant is a professional responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executives in their company. They prioritize emails and phone calls and arrange meetings and business events.
5. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Administrative support functions for the President& MD.
· Calendar management and meeting and appointments
· Prepare meeting materials and coordinate agendas
· Book and manage travel through the agency process. Handle flights and hotels
· Plan and co-ordinate offsite meetings, group, project and team events when required
· Prepare various reports, including but not limited to, financial and operational reports
· Review incoming regular mail and sorting via issues of important immediate attention
· Take meeting-minutes during the general meeting, senior management team meeting
· Insurance claims support and administration
· Manage and submit expenses on behalf of the President & MD
· Assemble pertinent/background information to facilitate decision making.
· Handle telephone inquiries in a professional, helpful manner.
· Take minutes during meetings
6. SUPERVISES All Executives, Supervisors and staff working under him.
7. AREAS OF OPERATION All head of the department areas
8. HOURS OF OPERATION As per schedule.
9. INTERDEPARTMENTAL All Departments

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From ₹30,000.00 per month
