Helpr is a care service platform that supports families in finding excellent full and part time primary and emergency (or backup) childcare providers, full and part time adult care providers/caregivers, and birth workers including doulas and Newborn Care Specialists.

We’re currently looking for a Babysitter in Southwest Berkeley.
A lovely family in Berkeley is looking for a babysitter for their 6 month old infant. Typical needs will be daytime hours Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Advance notice can often be provided (for example, family knows they need care July 3 and 5) but also may need late notice care for school closures, sick days, etc. Family expects to need care a few times each month.
- Schedule: As needed during daytime hours throughout the week *No guaranteed hours* - Family knows they need care July 3 & 5 as of now

- 1 child - 6 months old
- Rate: $35/hr
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All aspects of infant care
- Cleaning bottles used throughout the day
- Engagement & interaction
- Outings (walks to the park, etc)
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of infant care experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- CPR certified or willing to become certified
- Must have valid photo identification for screening purposes
- Up to date on COVID, tdap, and flu vaccines
Compensation: Position pays $35 per hour and family needs care sporadically (approximately 3 times/month) long term - no guaranteed weekly hours
