The IT controller is fulfilling a key role in the preparation, follow-up, and analysis of the IT budgets within the CEE region. Considers improvement options for the controlling system and provides ideas for optimization. Prepares regular and ad hoc reports to provide transparency to the internal stakeholders.

IT Budgeting

- prepare entities’ yearly budget and forecast in scope and suggests improvements for the process
- produce budget modifications and simulations and follows up its approval
IT Reporting
- manages cash-flow report of entities in scope, also completes reports, statistics
- prepare and provide a Forecast of yearly costs for each IT Team and support stakeholders
- provide an overview of cost development for internal customers and prepares reports for the budget to responsible team leaders
IT Controlling
- Provides management information, supporting decision-making and keeping contact with other divisions
- Analyses of actuals identifying gaps
- Maintains and improves IT controlling system
- Delivers automated solutions for stakeholders
- IT Projects cost controlling
You will manage contracts and support IT teams by providing purchase cost allocations. Also, you will lead purchase and employment plan preparations and monitor realization.
Are you our kind of extraordinary?
Ideally, you would be educated up to a Master's level in Finance or Accounting and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment. You have excellent skills in Excel skills and other MS Office apps.
Do you have experience in SK GAAP or IFRS? This is great and an advantage at the same time.
You should have outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills and be able to listen actively, participate in several projects in parallel and communicate professionally in writing as well. If you are a logical thinker, a self-organized person with keen attention to detail, and have got hands-on attitude both in finance and in general, then you are the expert who we are looking for.
Fluent English is a must.
