We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Short Term Rental Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our Airbnb units. As the Property Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in Preparation:
Organize and place all keys and access cards in the mailbox before guests' check-in days.
Ensure all necessary information and guides are available for guests' convenience.
- Supervise Cleaning Process:
Coordinate with cleaners to schedule cleaning sessions for each unit.
Be present during the cleaning process to ensure the properties are well-maintained and up to our standards.
- Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote our Airbnb units.
Utilize various platforms to attract potential guests and engage with the online community.
- Financial Management:
Collect bills for each unit at the end/start of every month.
Keep accurate records of expenses and revenue related to the properties.
- Inventory Management:
Purchase necessary supplies and restock items within the units as needed.
Ensure each property is well-equipped and stocked with essentials for guests' comfort.
Flexible Working Hours:
- Expected working hours per week will be 20-25, with some flexibility in scheduling.
- Be available for occasional evening or weekend tasks as required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Flat rate pay will be provided regardless of how few hours are worked every week.
- Additional performance-based incentives may be offered based on guest satisfaction and property performance.
Driver's Requirement:
- The Property Manager must possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for property-related tasks.
Guest Assistance:
- Be on standby throughout the day (12 pm - 7 pm) to promptly respond to guests' inquiries or emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple properties effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, cleaners, and service providers.
- Proficiency in social media platforms for effective marketing and promotion.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
